Fabien Jouves - Tu Vin Plus Aux Soirées

A young winery founded in 2006 by Fabien Jouves. Its vineyards are located on the slopes of Trespoux, Cahors, in one of the best locations in the area. It cultivates its plots biodynamically in order to respect nature, the vine and its environment to the fullest, and vinifies in a natural way, without adding oenological products and accompanying the wine until its maturity, fermenting it and ageing it in concrete tanks, foudres and barrels.

Pleasant aromas of black fruits like blackcurrant and plum. In the mouth it has a rounded, slightly piquant, full and moreish attack. It is a good Malbec expression for enjoying as an aperitif or accompanying fresh and Mediterranean dishes.
