A pale straw yellow in colour. A nose of fresh mint and citrus fruits with a hint of liquorice. On the palate, fresh and supple with notes of grapefruit peel leading to a crisp yet persistent finish. Try with quenelles of halibut in a saffron sauce, fillets of sole with a salmon mousseline or, of course, a plate of oysters.

Normal Operations (from Wednesday 4th January 2023).
We deliver in 24-72 hours (working days) nationwide. The delivery fee is 9,50 € for orders below 100€. 5€ for orders between 100€ and 200€. Free shipping for orders over 200€.
For Dublin only we offer express same day delivery for 15 €. Notice that the shop working days are Wednesday to to Sunday.
