Meet the Irish Winemaker: Simon Tyrrell

Founded in 2012 by friends Charles Derain and Simon Tyrrell, Les Deux Cols is known for producing elegant wines that showcase the power and finesse of the Southern Rhône. With a vineyard size of just 7 hectares and a production volume of 30,000 bottles, Les Deux Cols focuses on hand-harvesting their grapes and farming with minimal intervention.

During this tasting event, you'll have the opportunity to sample wines from Southern Rhône and learn about the region's unique soils, which consist of granite, sandy silica, limestone, and clay, and how they impact the flavour and character of the wines.
