A single plot Melon de Bourgogne from growers Vincent Barbier & Cécile Perraud in Vertou (Muscadet). Grapes grow on silt and quartz soils on a mica schist rock base with an average vine age of 40 years and are in organic conversion. Manual harvest with natural fermentation and aging on fine lees for 6 months.
Tasting Note: Aromas of lemon, green apple, crunchy pear with hints of white flower, fresh herb, mineral on the nose. Vibrant and fresh on the palate with taut, juicy citrus, crisp acidity, rounded texture, clean finish with hints of saline mineral.
